Frequently asked questions
Who can participate?
DrinkSight research is open to hospitality professionals, including bartenders, bar managers, GMs, F&B professionals and other people working across the on-trade. Most projects are designed for specific roles, markets or venue types.
How long do surveys take?
It varies by project, but we'll always tell you how long a survey or interview should take before you start.
Do I get rewarded?
Rewards are sent via an email from a secure online payments platform. This will be after your response has been validated.
How are my answers used?
Your responses are combined with those of other hospitality professionals to help us understand what's happening across the on-trade and provide insight to our research partners. This research will be presented to brands to help them understand what to do next.
Are my answers confidential?
Yes. Your individual responses will not be shared with research partners unless we clearly tell you otherwise and you have agreed to it.
How often will I be contacted?
Only when we have research that we think is relevant to you. How often that happens will depend on your role, location and the projects we're running.
Is my data safe?
Your information is handled securely and used only in line with our privacy policy and the permissions you give us.
